  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then stir in olive oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the potato rounds in a single layer.

  6. Carefully pour the chicken broth into the baking dish and spoon some liquid over the potatoes.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 25 minutes.
