Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, toss halved brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika if using.
- Spread the sprouts cut-side down in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp on the edges.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze immediately after removing from the oven.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
