Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8 by 8 inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended and spread into the pan.
  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until set.
  6. Simmer brown sugar, butter, cream, and salt in a saucepan until smooth.
  7. Serve brownies with warm butterscotch sauce on top.
