Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8 by 8 inch baking pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended and spread into the pan.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until set.
- Simmer brown sugar, butter, cream, and salt in a saucepan until smooth.
- Serve brownies with warm butterscotch sauce on top.
Notes
