Instructions

- Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt completely, coating the surface.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper until combined.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook slowly, stirring gently with a spatula until soft and fluffy.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns while the eggs cook.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each bottom bun half.
