Boozy Chocolate Brownie Cherry Bombs are decadent, bite-sized treats bursting with fudgy brownie, boozy maraschino cherries, and a rich chocolate coating. Perfect for parties or holiday indulgence, these adult-only sweets deliver a delightful surprise in every bite!

- 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as called for on the box)
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/4 cup whiskey or Crown Royal
- 8 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate, melted
- Optional: chocolate sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan and let cool completely.
- While brownies cool, place drained maraschino cherries in a bowl and pour whiskey over them. Let soak for at least 30 minutes, then drain and gently pat dry with paper towels.
- Once brownies are cooled, crumble them into a large bowl.
- Take a small handful of brownie crumbs and press around a soaked cherry to form a ball. Repeat with remaining cherries.
- Place the brownie cherry bombs on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each chilled bomb in melted chocolate to fully coat. Place back on the tray and top with chocolate sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate until set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can substitute whiskey with amaretto, rum, or cherry liqueur for different flavor profiles.
- Use a fork to dip the bombs in chocolate for an even coating.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
