Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Slice and serve warm to enjoy the soft interior and crunchy cinnamon top.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor.
