Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
