- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Set a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil to heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in batches until all sides are seared. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and cook mushrooms until golden.
- Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth, then add mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream until smooth and return meatballs to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
