Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour: 2 cups

- Ripe Bananas: 2 large, mashed
- Eggs: 2 large
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Unsalted Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about three quarters full.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Glaze or dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas with brown spots for maximum sweetness and moisture.
