Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub sweet potatoes and pierce each one 4 to 5 times with a fork.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack with a tray below.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until fork-tender and skins are slightly crisp.
