- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic. Remove from heat.
- Place mahi mahi fillets in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
- Season fillets with salt and black pepper, then pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fillets and spoon extra sauce from the dish on top before serving.
