- 6 small (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and syrupy.
- Spread a few spoonfuls of the butter mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spoon apple pie filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining butter mixture over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Warm the tortillas slightly before rolling to prevent tearing.
