Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the diced apples and chopped hazelnuts.
- Grease a 9 inch round cake pan and pour the batter inside.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
