- 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss tofu cubes with soy sauce, garlic powder, cornstarch, olive oil, and pepper.
- In another bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly oil air fryer basket. Arrange tofu and broccoli in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tofu is golden and broccoli is charred.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.

- Press tofu well before cooking for maximum crispiness.
