Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss tofu cubes with soy sauce, garlic powder, cornstarch, olive oil, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lightly oil air fryer basket. Arrange tofu and broccoli in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tofu is golden and broccoli is charred.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.
