Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Transfer the crispy cauliflower to an oven safe dish, drizzle with the bang bang sauce, and sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the top.
